ALL SALES BEGIN 1:00 P.M. (INDIANA TIME)
SALE TERMS:

Hay or straw to be sold by the ton only.

Seller must register with the Co-op.

Stamped scale ticket must accompany each lot. Scales are available.

Auction commission is 6%.

Free delivery within ten mile radius; over 10 miles - $1.50 per loaded mile, at seller's option, to be declared before lot sells.

Hay quality to be determined by buyer.

All sales are cash, to be paid before removal.

All material must be removed the day of sale.

$25 per-load charge for 'no sales' or 'buy backs'. No sale notification must be given prior to the start of next load or it will be considered a sold load.

Checks will be available after 3 p.m. at the office; if not picked up by 4 p.m., they will be mailed, unless prior arrangements have been made.
